CoCurcumin Recipes

Coffee with a flower design on top

Finally, Curcumin & CoQ10 together with coconut milk for maximum absorption! CoCurcumin™ is a highly absorbable form of turmeric and CoQ10. To aid in absorption we have bound our purified curcuminoids and CoQ10 to medium chain triglycerides derived from dried coconut milk. MCTs aid in fat metabolism and energy production while lending a mild coconut flavor to the formula. CoCurcumin also contains a traditional digestive combination called trikatu which includes black pepper, enhancing the efficacy of turmeric. Using the traditional wisdom of Indian medicine, we have enhanced the absorbability of curcuminoids and CoQ10, to provide a tasty way to support healthy metabolism and cardiovascular health*. We would to share with you some CoCurcumin recipes to get you started using this helpful mix for muscle and joint support.

"Bulletproof Coffee" featuring CoCurcumin

1 tablespoon of Cocurcumin

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

A touch of your favorite milk or milk substitute

Coffee of your choice (might I suggest the Equal Exchange Love Buzz?)

Combine these ingredients and blend, whisk, or stir until blended. An immersion blender works well and can create a bit of foam. The medium chain triglycerides from the CoCurcumin provide some brain food to go along with the brain boosting properties of the coffee and cacao. The turmeric and cacao provide antioxidants and support a healthy inflammatory response. Give it a try and start your day a little bit healthier.
