- 2 packages unsweetened frozen açaí puree
- ½ cup frozen berries
- ½ banana, sliced
- ¼ cup coconut water
- 2 tbsp AmlaPlex
- 1 tsp raw honey, to taste
- Toppings of choice: seasonal fruit, seeds and nuts, granola, coconut flakes, nut butter, mint
Prior to beginning, place your serving bowl in the freezer to prevent melting the amla açaí mixture upon contact.
In a high powered blender, add the açaí puree, banana pieces, berries, AmlaPlex, coconut water, and honey.
Blend on medium speed until smooth and thick, though not runny. If needed, add more coconut water a tablespoon at a time, stopping in between each addition to prevent your açaí bowl from turning into a smoothie. You can also add a touch more honey to your liking.
Pour the mixture into your chilled bowl, add your toppings, and serve immediately.
