Shipping options

We ship via either USPS, UPS or Fedex. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Free shipping 

Wholesale orders of $200.00 or above, and retail orders of $40.00 or above are eligible for free shipping to continental U.S. addresses.


Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S territories

Our free shipping offer does not apply to shipments going to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories (ex. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam). Shipments by UPS or USPS to those states and territories typically take 5-7 business days.

International Orders

Our free shipping offer does not apply to international orders. We ship International orders via UPS by default or USPS by customer request. UPS takes about 3-10 business days; and USPS typically takes 15-20 business days. 

Before you place your order, please check laws and import regulations of the destination country to prevent your order from being charged high import duties, delayed, or returned to us. 

We are not liable for delays or losses due to customs clearance failure. We are unable to refund orders that are denied entry at the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be charged additional fees, duties, and taxes which we neither collect nor have a quote. You are responsible for the payment of all those fees, duties, and taxes, if any. 

Shipping heat-sensitive products

Any of our products that are sensitive to heat and warm temperatures are handled by special packaging and shipping procedures. We recommend overnight delivery for heat-sensitive products.

Shipping backorders

If there are out-of-stock items in your order, we will ship the available items first, then ship the out-of-stock items as backorder(s) once they are available. There is no additional shipping charge for backorders.
