Promotion Terms (One Discount Policy)

To ensure fairness and consistency across all orders, the following promotion terms apply to all discounts and offers on our website:

1. One Promotion per Order

Only one (1) discount, promotion, or offer may be applied per order. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Automatic discounts
  • Discount codes or coupons
  • Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) offers
  • Bundles or multi-buy promotions
  • Free product or free gift offers

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined or stacked.

2. Discount Eligibility

Each promotion has specific eligibility requirements, including applicable products, quantities, order values, and timeframes. Orders must meet all stated conditions to qualify for a given offer.

3. System Errors & Overlapping Discounts

In rare cases, multiple discounts may appear to apply due to a technical or system error. If this occurs:

  • We reserve the right to apply the single best eligible discount to the order
  • Any additional or unintended discounts will be remove
  • The order total may be adjusted accordingly

4. Order Review & Adjustments

We may review orders prior to fulfillment to verify promotion eligibility. If an adjustment is required:

  • Customers will be notified before shipment whenever possible
  • The order will reflect the most favorable valid promotion applicable

5. Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
  • Correct pricing or discount errors
  • Refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with these promotion terms

6. Gift Quantity Limits

Free gifts are issued in proportion to qualifying purchased items only. Free or discounted items do not qualify as purchased items for the purpose of earning additional gifts. Any gifts added in excess of the qualifying quantity may be removed or adjusted. 

7. Final Sale & Acceptance

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these promotion terms. Orders submitted with multiple discounts applied in error are subject to correction in accordance with this policy.
