Ingredients:
- Tulsi (Holy Basil) Extract
- Indian Gooseberry Extract
- Sweet Basil
- Ginger Root
- Ayush Herbs AmlaPlex®
- Almond Milk (Or any other type of milk preference)
- Fresh Blackberries
- Fresh Blueberries
Recipe: Add: 1/4 teaspoon Holy Basil Extract 1/4 teaspoon Amla Extract Several sweet basil leaves 1 small ginger root 1 handful of fresh blackberries 1 handful of fresh blueberries 1-2 cups of Almond milk (or milk alternative)
Directions: After ingredients are added to the blender, run the blender for 1-2 minutes to make sure all components are fully mixed. Once blended, simply pour into a glass and enjoy.
