Ashwagandha-

Sitawari/Shatavari-
Like ashwagandha, shatavari is an adaptogen, but with an affinity for the female reproductive system. Cooling, moistening shatavari supports vaginal and uterine tissues and a healthy libido throughout a woman’s life. It is also known to promote healthy fertility for both women and men.

Shilajit/Shilajeet-
This mineral pitch from the Himalayan mountains is rich in fulvic acid and plant-derived trace minerals and is known to support multiple body systems, including sexual and reproductive function and a healthy nervous system. In Ayurvedic practice, shilajeet is used to enhance the effectiveness of other herbs.

Usage

  • To calm occasional breakouts on the face, apply a small amount of oil directly to blemishes.
  • To soothe an itchy scalp and promote lustrous hair, apply oil sparingly to the scalp and massage gently. Wait 15-20 minutes, then shampoo out.  
  • Neem oil can help keep feet fresh and healthy. At night, mix a small amount of oil into foot cream or neutral moisturizer, apply to clean feet and cover with socks.
