Blueberry Mule: A Refreshing Spring Cocktail with Blueberries, Ginger, Lime & Mint for Mood Boosting and Heart Health Benefits

Nothing beats the blues quite like the sweetness of blueberries. As the days get longer and warmer, we’re reminded of all the delicious fresh fruits that are just around the corner! Not only are blueberries great for heart and eye health, they also can help boost the mood as well. Coupled with the classic combination of ginger, lime, and mint, this Blueberry Mule will carry you into the many delights that await as we enter into the refreshing springtime.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs Fresh Blueberries
  • 6 oz Ginger Soda
  • ½ oz Honey Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 Mint Leaves

Directions:

Muddle (or mash) blueberries, honey, lime, and mint in the bottom of your desired glass.Add ice and top with ginger soda. Garnish with a lime wedge or a fresh mint sprig and enjoy!
