Ingredients:
• Lavender Tea Bag
• Chamomile Tea Bag
• 8 oz Hot Water
• ¼ oz Tulsi Drops
• 1 oz Honey
Steep chamomile and lavender Tea in hot water for 5-10 min. Remove tea bags and add tulsi and honey to taste. If desired, add a splash of milk for a richer brew.
