Turmeric Mango Lassi

In this fresh take on a Mango Lassi, the addition of the rich turmeric marries seamlessly with the sweetness  of the mango and ginger. Not only will this promote energy, it’s also wonderful after a long hard day or after a work out. The plain yogurt also provides much needed protein, making this Turmeric Mango Lassi perhaps the most delicious, decadent, and all natural post-workout recovery drink you need to try! 

 

Ingredients:

      • ¾ cup Mango

      • ½ cup Milk of choice

      cup Plain Yogurt

      • 2 tbs Sugar

      • ½ tbs Grated Ginger

      • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

      • 3-5 Ice Cubes

In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, turmeric, ginger, milk and sugar (to taste). Blend until smooth and frothy. Add ice and blend again.
