This MetaMatcha is all about spicing up a drink that is so known for its utility in healthy metabolism, mental clarity, and overall drive and focus. The mint, lime, and honey simple syrup work excellently to smooth and refine the traditional strong flavors of the Matcha. This makes this beverage perfect for those looking for all the benefits of Matcha, but perhaps wanting to start a little more gently for those less familiar with Matcha.

 

Ingredients:

      • 8 oz glass of your preferred Matcha

      • 2 oz Tonic Water

      • ½ oz Lime Juice

      • ¼ oz Honey Simple Syrup

      • 2 oz Sparkling Water

      • Sprig of Mint

Make matcha according to label specifications and combine with lemon juice and honey simple syrup to taste. Add ice, top with sparking water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
